- All token purchases are final and non-refundable
- Tokens have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money
- Unused tokens do not expire

- Share or distribute content without permission
- Attempt to circumvent platform security measures

6. Creator Guidelines
Creators on VelvetLive must comply with all applicable laws, maintain professional conduct, and adhere to our community guidelines. VelvetLive reserves the right to remove creators who violate these standards.

9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.
